Items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Tags attached

• Free of stains, odors, or damage

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can fix it quickly.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
